Our wastewater treatment equipment offers a long service life
We supply wastewater treatment equipment, for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants. Our installations are of high quality and offer a long service life. We also offer a selection of coarse screens for the wastewater treatment market. This is in addition to our microscreens, shown below.
You will find our projects in both new construction (EPC) projects and renovation and optimization of existing water intakes.

Our product range for wastewater treatment includes: thickeners, clarifiers and surface aerators.
Other products are sand washers, screws, etc. All our machines are engineered products and designed as per your process conditions and specifications. In addition, they meet common standards set by prescribing authorities.

Clarifier
A clarifier or scraper bridge removes suspended solids
Our clarifiers or scraper bridges provide continous low-cost separation and removal of suspended solids from wastewater. Hubert designs high quality clarifiers to accommodate the most challenging influent profiles and treatment standards
Thickener
A gravity thickener processes primary, secondary or stabilised sludge
We supply a complete program of gravity sludge thickeners for thickening of primary, secondary and stablised sludge. Our gravity thickeners, suitable for a circular tank, are fitted with a rotating thickening and removal system. The installation can be equipped with either a peripheral drive system or a central drive unit.
Hubair™ Surface Aerator
A Hubair™ surface aerator is designed for continuous operation
Surface aerators push water from under the water’s surface up into the air, then the droplets fall back into the water, mixing in oxygen. Our surface areators are designed as per your specification. Hubert delivers also floating surface aerators. When these have a high pumping rate, they can be very effective in water treatment lagoons and tanks. Microscreen
A Hubert microscreen is widely applicable for fine-filtration of large water flows
A Hubert horizontal rotary microscreen, micro drum screen or micro strainer can be used for pre-treatment of influent and effluent in a waste water treatment plant.
More efficient reuse of wastewater from municipal wastewater treatment plants or industrial production processes, makes use of these filters increasingly interesting. Think of the recovery of useful raw materials from waste water or process water, such as cellulose fibers, but also stricter discharge requirements.
Central Drive System
A Hubert microscreen is widely applicable for a central drive system, ideal for refurbishments and new builds of large water flows
We manufacture central drive systems (cage drives) for clarifiers and thickeners applied for liquid-solids separation. A central drive mechanism rests on a stationary column mounted in the center of the sedimentation tank. A half or full-span bridge then attaches to the robust housing of the drive unit. We are able to design and produce central drive units for your specific application, for retrofit and new projects.

Project: Replacement of gutter and clearing bridge settling tank at WWTP Birdaard
The elaboration of the drawings with accompanying calculations in the preparation phase were well worked out. The construction of the new gutter and bridge was installed satisfactorily by employees and especially the foreman. The project was completed on time, both financially and in the delivery of product certificates and revision. A great project and end result was achieved through synergy between client and contractor.
